Who is Naulakha Essentials?

Naulakha Essentials is an ISO 9001, ISO 45001, GMP and Halal certified manufacturer and exporter of melt & pour soap bases, liquid cleansing bases, encapsulated cosmetic actives and industrial surfactants. Our factory is located at RIICO Industrial Area, Khushkhera, Rajasthan, India — a 9,000 m² facility with 1,300 MT monthly production capacity and a team of 100+ people. We are the B2B manufacturing arm of the group behind Soapy Twist, our sister company serving soap makers and crafters in India.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 50 kg for air shipments and 1,800 kg for sea shipments. This applies across soap bases, liquid bases and encapsulated actives; some industrial products may vary — ask us for specifics.

Which countries do you export to?

We have exported to the USA, UK, European countries and the wider EMEA region, and we supply B2B customers across India. We handle export documentation and can ship by air or sea.

What certifications do you hold?

Our manufacturing facility is certified for ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Halal.

Do you provide samples?

Yes — paid samples are available for all products so you can evaluate quality before placing a bulk order.

Do you offer private label or custom formulation?

Yes, both. We manufacture private label products under your brand and develop custom formulations to your specifications — including changes to transparency, colour, surfactant system, additives and fragrance compatibility.

What is your lead time?

Typically 7 to 25 days depending on order size and customisation.

What are your payment terms?

We generally work on payment on delivery; exact terms are agreed per order. Contact us to discuss terms for your market.

What products do you manufacture?

  • Melt & pour soap bases — transparent, extra clear, ultra white, natural, sulfate-free, goat milk, aloe vera, charcoal, suspending and glycolic acid bases
  • Liquid bases — shampoo, body wash, face wash and hand wash bases (SLS & paraben free), castile soap and concentrates
  • Encapsulated actives — encapsulated salicylic acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, menthol and fragrance encapsulation bases
  • Syndet & shampoo bar bases — soap-free, pH-balanced melt & pour bases
