Syndet Bar Base

Our Syndet M&P Base are a specially developed formulations to avoid complexities of processing Syndet Noodles. The Syndet noodles require complex machinery and high skill set to process and make syndet bars out of it. Now with Ipure Syndet M&P Base the above complexities can be avoided with simple technique of Melt & Pour.

The syndet base can be melted like any other Melt & Pour base and becomes low viscosity liquid at a temperature of around 75C. At this temperature the base can in cooperate color, fragrance and additives. In additives, oils and butters can be added along with herbal powders. The ideal percentage of additives in the Syndet base is around 1-5% depending on the formulation.

The syndet base is ideal for making shampoo bars as it can in cooperate silicone oils for hair conditioning. The base is compatible with D-Panthenol which is used for giving good combing feel after hair wash. Apart from this butters and oils can also be added in the shampoo bars.

The syndet base is capable for making medicated bars as well. It can in cooperate various medicated compounds.

Apart from this the base has a pH of 5.5-7 making it very mild on the skin and hair and hence ideal solution for the above mentioned applications.

The TFM in the base is above 40% which is a combination of synthetic foaming agents (Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate & Coco Amido Propyl Betaine) and Vegetable Oil.

The vegetable oil added in the base is free oil and it gives extra conditioning and hardness in the base.
